As Reform Jews, we are guided by core value of kavod ha’briyot, respect for individual dignity. Current state law perpetuates inequality in reproductive health care, which violates this central Jewish value. The ROE Act takes meaningful steps to eliminate these disparities and restores dignity and moral agency to every individual to make reproductive health care decisions for themselves.
