Rosh Chodesh
At Temple Anshe Amunim's Rosh Chodesh gatherings, women continue the Jewish tradition of meeting to celebrate each new month. Together we learn, pray, socialize, and bond over women's issues. Recent gatherings engendered lively discussions on topics such as the Jewish matriarchs from a feminist perspective, and the Jewish mother stereotype. The group has engaged in craft projects and in honoring a young woman about to become a mother.
Please join us for an informational meeting on Sunday, October 16, at 2 pm in the Temple library.
