Hilda Vallin Feigenbaum Lecture Series

Scroll down to register for the 2021 Lecture series:

The Hilda Vallin Feigenbaum Memorial Lecture Series brings programs of outstanding social, political and cultural significance to the Berkshires.

Hilda's sons, Dr. Armand Feigenbaum and Dr. Donald Feigenbaum, leaders in the field of Total Quality Management, established the Lecture Series as a living memorial to their mother's spirit and interest in Judaism's traditions.  Upon their deaths, the Drs. Feigenbaum have created a Hilda Vallin Feigenbaum Memorial Lecture Endowment Fund that will ensure continuing lectures in perpetuity.

Each year the Temple hosts speakers from fields such as politics, journalism and social action for a lecture that is free and open to the public.

54th Annual Hilda Vallin Feigenbaum Memorial Foundation Lecture will be held on October 17, 2021 at 7:30 pm via in-person and online.

This year's speaker is Dr. Nicholas Christakis and the topic is "The Pandemic:  Looking Back-Moving Forward."

Dr. Christakis, Director of the Human Nature Lab at Yale, explores the biology, genetics, and evolutionary origin of human social interactions particularly in light of the many changes we have and will experience since the Pandemic began.
